An email address getting flagged as bouncing rarely happens but if your's enters this state, here's how to easily fix this.


1. Log in to your G Suite account, and open this link.


2. To check your bounce status, look at the line that says Bounce status (underlined in red in the graphic below). You will see Your email address is currently flagged as bouncing OR Your email address is currently not flagged as bouncing. If you are flagged as bouncing, click the link on the far right of the Bounce status page that says view your email status here (see red arrow in the graphic below).


3. On the Bounce status page, you'll see the reasons why your account has entered this bounce state, click the blue box on the far right that says Reset bounce state (see red arrow in the graphic below).


4. Click through any prompts that ask you to confirm and then head back to your G Suite account and your account is fixed! Within 24 hours, your bounce status should report Your email address is currently not flagged as bouncing.
